Privacy at SOFI

SOFI collects the minimum needed to hold a Founder place, evaluate an instructor application, communicate with you, and operate the launch safely.

Founder reservations

SOFI uses the contact details, selected tier, agreement version, and consent record you provide to hold and manage your reservation. The system keeps the evidence needed to honor your cancellation and contract rights.

Secure card handling

Card details go directly to Stripe on its hosted page. SOFI does not receive or store your card number; it keeps only the provider references and validation status needed to manage the reservation.

Instructor applications

SOFI uses professional application information only to evaluate and communicate about teaching opportunities. It is not sold or used for advertising, and an applicant may ask to withdraw from active consideration.

Service providers

The launch system uses Stripe for payment handling, Brevo for transactional email, Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for website hosting, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection.

SOFI does not sell personal information or share it for advertising. For access, correction, deletion, or an application withdrawal, email contact@sofipilates.com.

This page describes the current pre-launch system. Final production legal wording remains subject to counsel approval before Founder advertising.
